Dark Chocolate Ganache
is a pre-made ganache. Just melt and pour.
Instructions from Container:
Melt and pour on top of European tortes, pastries, etc.
Melt in double boiler. Do Not exceed 115 F.
Or met in microwave oven for 15 seconds on medium power. Remove and stir. Repeat until melted.
Use for making Chocolate Mousse.
Mix with Buttercream or Whipped Icing
