Chocolate Truffle Milk Chocolate Ganache
is a pre-made ganache. Just melt and pour.
Instructions from Container:
Melt and pour on top of European tortes, pastries, etc.
Melt in double boiler. Do not exceed 115 F.
Or melt in microwave oven for 15 seconds at medium power. Remove and stir and repeat until melted.
Use for Decorating. If necessary, first soften the product in a mixer.
Use to make European Chocolate Candy.
