Buttercream Smoothing Sheets
These are non-textured smooth sheets which are perfect for smoothing your buttercream.
Sheets are large enough, 12″x13″, to cut in half for 2 sheets instead of 1.
Place on your crusted buttercream. Then using a fondant smoother, “iron” your icing with the sheet on top. Adjust your pressure on the fondant smoother to get a very quick and smooth buttercream surface.
